Changing your YourOfficeAnyWhere Password

 

 

There are three way to change your YourOfficeAnyWhere account password. The option you use will depend on the services you have from us.

Changing your password using Outlook Web Access

1.        Open Outlook Web Access as detailed in the following Knowledgebase Article http://support.yourofficeanywhere.co.uk/Customer/KBArticle.aspx?articleid=9  

2.        When you have logged into your mailbox click the Options button in top right hand corner. You should see the following screen.

3.        Click Change Password from the left hand side.

4.        Enter your Old Password and then the new Password. (Please review the following document about password requirements on YourOfficeAnyWhere systems) http://support.yourofficeanywhere.co.uk/Customer/KBArticle.aspx?articleid=42 )

5.        Click Save

6.        If you received the following screen it means you the password you have entered does not meet our minimum requirements please review  http://support.yourofficeanywhere.co.uk/Customer/KBArticle.aspx?articleid=42  and try again)

7.        When you have changed your password you will get the following screen.

 

8.        If you are logged into any other services (SharePoint, Terminal Services, Outlook 2007) you should log out of them and log back in again.

 

Changing Your Password Using Terminal Services

1.        Open a connection to your Application/ Terminal using the details sent to your Primary Technical Contact

2.        Click Start -> Windows Security

3.        Click Change Password

Changing Your Password Using the Control Panel
